  1. Inquiry Response: Once we receive your inquiry, one of our tour agents will contact you within 24 hours to start planning a tour tailored to your needs.
  2. Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of advance payment, as per our latest itinerary.
  3. Advance Payment: For all bookings, customers are required to pay 20%—50 % in advance, depending on their arrival details.
  4. Confirmation Letter: After the advance payment is credited to our company’s account, you will receive a confirmation letter and payment receipt within three working days.
  5. Arrangements: After receiving the payment receipt, we will handle all hotel, transportation, and similar arrangements for your tour.
  6. Balance Payment: The balance amount of the tour package must be settled 15 days before the departure date.

 

Payment:

  1. Prices are quoted in US dollars.
  2. Your travel advisor will send detailed payment instructions via email.
  3. To avoid automatic cancellation, the bank must clear full payment before your departure date.
  4. You are responsible for any bank charges incurred during payment.
  5. Payment methods accepted include credit card (online or offline), and wire transfer (bank transfer).

 

Cancellation and Refund:

  1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your tour agent.
  2. Cancellation fees apply based on the following schedule:
    • More than 45 days before departure: 10%
    • Between 15 and 45 days before departure: 20%
    • Between 7 and 14 days before departure: 50%
    • Between 0 and 6 days before departure: 100%
  1. We encourage rescheduling whenever possible to avoid cancellation fees.
  2. Early checkouts during the tour are not eligible for refunds.
  3. No refunds are provided for unused services.
  4. A 100% refund is offered if the cancellation is made 21 days before arrival in Sri Lanka due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Changes in the Tour Itinerary:

  1. Changes to the tour package may incur additional costs based on the revised itinerary.
  2. We guarantee the agreed accommodation but cannot change hotel bookings once confirmed.
  3. Any requests to change hotel bookings may result in additional expenses borne by the guests.

Ensure your travel documents, passport, visa, driver’s license, insurance information, and currency are in order.

Check your flight times with your ticket to account for any airline adjustments.

 

Passport & Visa:

You are responsible for carrying a valid passport and necessary visas for the tour.

 

Travel Insurance:

We recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance to protect against unexpected losses or damages.

 

Limitation of Liability:

We have liability restrictions concerning third-party service providers and unforeseen circumstances.

 

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as acts of God or war.

 

Partial Bookings:

We are not responsible for holiday components not directly booked by us.

 

Shopping:

We do not guarantee the value or quality of additional products purchased during the tour.
